1.1 This Terms of Use Agreement is between you, referred to as “user, member, customer” and KingTrader referred to as ” we, us, Service, the company” hereafter. It includes the website https://kingtrader.info/ referred to as “website” and the software products named KingTrader hereinafter referred to as “the software, software, application”.

SERVICE USAGE
2.1 Before you can use KingTrader software, you must be an active Betfair account holder. By accessing or otherwise using software you signify your acceptance of these Terms. You understand and agree that use of the service is done at your own risk and discretion. Betting at Betfair via the KintTrader is at the sole option, discretion and risk of the user.
4.3 You acknowledge that we may from time to time suspend the availability in order to carry out routine maintenance, perform upgrades, nightly backups and so forth. PAYMENT
5.1 You acknowledge that you will be granted unlimited usage for the paid subscription period. Once said period has expired, you must purchase a new subscription.

REFUND POLICY
6.1 We offer 15-days free trial period for each new customer. Therefore, it is assumed that the customer has reviewed and tried out KingTrader software during free trial period, and is satisfied with its quality before effecting actual purchase of Kingtrader software. With knowledge of the above, Kingtrader software is not refundable/returnable after purchase.
