The game works like this. There are ten players - six of these dealt with face down. One card is laid face up face down, also laid face up is the"queen". All the other cards are laid out face down so that every player may examine their cards and then each player must pick a card and pass one to the left.  
  
Once all the cards have been looked at, a person calls out"card", and if anyone chooses a card other than the queen they must play another card in the deck face up, called a seven. If there aren't any sevens in the deck, the person must either call out"all sevens" or forfeit their turn. The rules are very simple - the more pairs you have in the deck, the more points you earn. Once this is finished, the person who has the most cards at the end wins the game. It's a simple procedure, but it can be difficult to keep track of your end cards. It will also help to know which cards are your"end cards" and which ones are your"start cards".
